of the evidence, the district court sustained defendants' motion for a directed verdict and the plaintiff has appealed. The questions presented involve the sufficiency of evidence of the defendants' negligence; whether defendants' negligence,
if any, was the proximate cause of the accident; and whether the plaintiff is chargeable with contributory negligence.
