On July 31, 1980, plaintiffs Robert and Anna Turner entered into a contract to sell their residence to defendants Jerry and Janice Benson for $75,000. This residence had been built and specially modified by plaintiffs so that Mrs. Turner could operate a day-care center out of it. There was a designated area in the house for the day-care operation which had its own entrance and bathing facilities for the children.
